Wear comfortably fitted workout apparel. You can either use grip socks or bare feet. We carry a variety of fitness apparel and grip socks available for purchase.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to complete registration forms and get the low down on the studio. You can sign up and pay online for your first class using one of our intro specials or contact us to schedule your appointment.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. Late arrival may result in the loss of your spot to a walk-in client. If you will be late, please notify us so we can hold your spot.
Please contact us at the earliest sign of cold or flu symptoms or if you have been exposed to Covid-19. We will cancel/reschedule your class or session if feeling ill. Our studio HVAC system (AC and Heat) is equipped with state of the art UV blue light "air scrubbing" technology, continually cleaning and filtering the air of viral and bacterial spores, scents and contaminants. Keeping Pilates Napa Valley a safe and healthy community is our number one goal! We thank you for doing your part to help!
Please arrive with a clean body, hands and feet. Avoid use of lotions and perfumes before and during visiting or practicing in our studio.
Please mute cell phones and refrain from use while in the studio and boutique.
Any cancellations for group classes less than 12 hours will result in the deduction of a class from your account.
Any cancellations for private or semi-private sessions less than 24 hours will result in the deduction of a class from your account.
All no shows will receive a $15 charge in addition to loss of class including unlimited memberships. No exceptions.
Please choose your package mindfully. Expiration dates will be strictly enforced and not extended. We will not extend out class packages, however we can suspend or extend with prior notice and a doctors note.
You will make new friends and probably see lots of people you already know. Please refrain from social conversations during class so that everyone can experience the mind/body connection made during class.
