Whether you are straight off the couch or an elite athlete, our classes are appropriate for all levels. Since class size is small, we are able to provide regressions and progressions for each client. This helps some ease in and others work with to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Workouts are designed with our mantra of “Tone, Sweat and Transform” in mind. Reformer exercises are combined with tower or chair work, plus small apparatus. This approach prevents plateaus, continues to tone the body and workouts are never the same.
